Preferences

In order to help us "match" the person to be visited with one of our volunteers we would be grateful if you could answer the following questions:

Do they have a preference whether their visitor is a male or female?
Do they have a preference as to what time they would prefer a visitor to call?

Is the person able / willing to socialise ?
Does the person have any memory problems?
Does the person to be visited already receive visits on a regular basis?

Are there any known risks associated with this person?
